Received a pair of leggings with a stain, didn’t want to return them as I had a bra in a matching colour and my size in the leggings was sold out. Customer service let me keep them, gave me a full refund and also a £30 gift card. It’s very rare you receive such good customer service these days so I’m very impressed.
