deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

Keep up the good work

I had a good experience today 07/11/2024 in Barking Branch where I met Customers service Sue, who advised me of all the services Lloyd provided and which one was at my disposal, she also taught me how to do cheque deposit on my app, answered all my questions with professionalism I was very impressed. Thank you.

Lies, Damn Lies

Applied for & received A platinum credit card which advertised 60months 0% charges on overseas transactions. When it arrived the terms & conditions say the opposite! Contacted Lloyds who said it is a special deal but we can't put it in writing. So the only thing in writing is that i will be charged but i am just supposed to trust them that i will not. Did not help that the first person i spoke to did not know anything about the offer!

Halifax and Lloyds where is my Child’s trust fund money?

It’s taken a whole year to transfer my Sons trust fund to his Isa, I have no idea where my child’s money is and even though an accounts manager was dealing with it I’ve been left for over a month with no contact. This bank it’s absolutely awful I’m so disappointed and I feel that we are being treated poorly because we are not rich and white. They know what we look like and all our details of work, address etc and we are being treated badly even though I’m a British citizen I still feel it’s because I don’t fit a certain demographic that I’m not an important enough customer to them or Lloyds group. Will my Son get his money? Who knows at this point. So disappointed.

No Notice for Account Closure

After banking with Lloyds for over two years, i wake to a horrible experience with them. They closed my account without any warning or notice. Its quite unfortunate they have my mail and could have sent me an email yet decided to take an swift action without customer notice. Very bad. Now its taking weeks upon weeks to get my cheque to transfer the money into another bank. Due to poor communication, its taking ages for me to receive my cheque in my current address in Birmingham. This is hoarding all my money. I'm VERY PISSED WITH Lloyds. A very bad customer service. ..... Hmmmm

absolutely hopeless

I found a Lloyds bank card and tried to report it as found. Impossible to do. They do not answer the phone and the email addresses on their website do not work. No way of contacting this company. Are they a trick of the light?

Refund for online purchases not received

I recently had to raise two separate disputes with Lloyds after online purchases made on my debit card were not delivered. Both times, Lloyds reimbursed me within a couple of hours of starting the enquiry online and have taken on the hassle of chasing the companies on my behalf. I think this is a fantastic service that not many customers will be aware of. It’s easy to do, just find the transaction on your online banking, click on it and raise a dispute. Hope this helps someone else.

Appalling Customer Service

Appalling Customer Service - over the past 2 years I have not had a single helpful or productive phone call with Lloyds mortgages. Sometimes I have had to endure 2 hours of calls resulting in neither assistance nor resolution - instead being transferred to different departments again and again. Mortgages are stressful enough. Extremely distressing to have to deal with this - I would not advise anyone to take out a Lloyds mortgage under any circumstances and I am not alone in this opinion.

Avoid at all costs

Constant bugs and glitches nearly half the time can’t even log into the online banking horrible customer service. Been having all sorts of issues with them from day 1 also had someone making unauthorised transactions using my details and they couldn’t even help me get my money back started coming up with all sorts of excuses and giving very late responses sometimes no response at all. This is the one and only bank that I’ve been having issues with

Very inexperienced or training has a course of lies to tell customers?!? I have Never Know a Big Bank like Lloyds to not have Anything to do with Trust? I have been told that they only have Old Trust deeds but as they have a Fiducial duty They are in a position of Trust lawful! So I’m going to have to have a chat with my manager Again and just clarify that they Don’t do Trust? I have a bankers Handbook which I received from legitimate bank official was given, as I want my Cestui Que Vie money trust me!
