No Notice for Account Closure
After banking with Lloyds for over two years, i wake to a horrible experience with them. They closed my account without any warning or notice. Its quite unfortunate they have my mail and could have sent me an email yet decided to take an swift action without customer notice. Very bad. Now its taking weeks upon weeks to get my cheque to transfer the money into another bank. Due to poor communication, its taking ages for me to receive my cheque in my current address in Birmingham. This is hoarding all my money. I'm VERY PISSED WITH Lloyds. A very bad customer service. ..... Hmmmm
