Refund for online purchases not received
I recently had to raise two separate disputes with Lloyds after online purchases made on my debit card were not delivered. Both times, Lloyds reimbursed me within a couple of hours of starting the enquiry online and have taken on the hassle of chasing the companies on my behalf. I think this is a fantastic service that not many customers will be aware of. It’s easy to do, just find the transaction on your online banking, click on it and raise a dispute. Hope this helps someone else.
