THANK YOU LIFESTANCE!!!!

I have never been accommodated as quickly as I was with Lifestance. I have been searching for a good team for a very long and I mean a very long time. With help from a resource specialist at my PCPS office he connected me to them. I told them what was going on. They got me right in the following week w a therapist and a medication specialist. I am now comfortable with my entire team and am happy to start my full regime soon! Thank you LIFESTANCE: you are AMAZING.

Between my therapist and my new…

Between my therapist and my new psychiatrist I finally feel like I’m taking some very necessary steps in the right direction regarding my mental health. I’ve had no issues either between them and my insurance through my employers!

This company is great and so are the doctors and psychiatrists and the physicians that all work together to make it happen I want to say thank you for all the hard work you put into me and my family and wanted to congratulate you and myself for becoming the best person I can be without giving up.

I like how I can link with doctors…

I like how I can link with doctors easily through video visits etc they have great people on the team I feel that they could do better with pricing on no call no shows they systems are designed so weird when there are issues with appointments you get charged and can’t speak to no one until balance is paid sometimes it prompts you at the last minute when it’s time to join a visit. I am annoyed with how this repeatedly happens and I pay these fees and it ends up happening again I also feel my doctors are great but also is under pressure with lifestance it’s just a feeling I could be wrong

DO NOT USE LIFESTANCE

DO NOT USE LIFESTANCE. THEY DON'T CARE IT'S JUST ABOUT GETTING MONEY. And goggle them about lawsuit. I visited doctor at Lifestance a couple of years ago and doctor was fine but the billing/insurance process was nonsensical. I didn't return. This year, still having issues so another therapist (non med) suggested a dr at Lifestance. I was ambivalent to use them. Note, always listen to your first instinct. Set up appt. Close to appt time i start getting emails and texts asking most insistently for credit cards number and fill out forms. this was long process and some very stupid questions. I was having difficulties (user error? maybe) but called and no help just sent me link to questions I already completed. Yeah, i think questions are so detailed because they can review and give prescription and instead on genuine care to interact with individuals.

I’ve had a pair of the most amazing therapists from Lifestance. Dr Gregg Rogers and Gregory Lennox have saved my life. Both are part of Lifestance. I am happy with Lifestance.

Been trying to reach Lifestance…

Been trying to reach Lifestance physician Tory Woodard for two weeks to get my son’s prescription refilled. He will not respond. It’s insane sense these drugs when missed can cause serious side effects.

TERRIBLE Billing System!

My family (husband, 2 teens and I) started using Lifestance Health in 2024 through our insurance for therapy & med management. The providers are mostly ok but their billing system is TERRIBLE!!! They send multiple statements for appointments I already paid for with new charges. Their portal system for paying bills is very confusing and unclear. I just tried to pay one bill for $130 and when I clicked pay, it billed $435 dollars combining the new statements and old ones in a deceitful manner. Now I have to call them again and the last time I tried to call the billing dept I had to be transfered multiple times and was on the phone over 20 mins!

Stay away from Lifestance!!

Stay away from Lifestance!!! Administratively they are the worst healthcare company I've ever worked with. Their policies are not patient friendly at all and they charge double what the normal rates are. Their portal provides only half the services leaving the patient to jump through hoops to make or cancel appointments and to get documents. The therapists may be good, but it isn't worth the price and hassles.

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received from Marci, my licensed mental health counselor at my psychiatrist's office. Her compassionate and understanding approach truly made a difference in my healing journey. Marci was not only effective in our sessions, but she also efficiently handled my FMLA forms during my medical leave, making the process seamless. I honestly don't know how I would have navigated this period without her support. If you're in need of a counselor, I highly recommend Marci for her professionalism and dedication to her clients. Thank you, Marci!

Great experience

I’ve been working with my therapist, Elizabeth, for little over six months now. I’ve found her incredibly helpful, compassionate, affirming and questioning when appropriate. I would definitely recommend her. I’ve not had any problems with LifeStance, or their billing but thankfully my insurer fully covers telehealth for therapy.

"Asking for help can be healing"

"Asking for help can be healing". That's off your Website. What a friggin" joke. I have not asked you for help I have BEGGED. You all refuse to bill my insurance even though I have submitted all needed forms to you twice. I have called. I have e-mailed "We'll look into it right away". Nothing. My insurance will cover 100% for God's sake In the meantime, I can't get the help you so lovingly offer to provide on your website, Three and a half months! Shame on you.

HORRIBLE experience with insurance/billing

My psych at Lifestance was helpful, but their billing department is absolutely horrible. They failed to file the claim with my insurance in a timely manner and then claimed that it was past their timely deadline for filing (which was their fault..) and they couldn't file. They were charging me $625 for a service covered by my insurance and I wasn't communicated with until almost a year later about it. Now, I no longer have that insurance. I have spent HOURS over the past 2 months trying to deal with this and their entire billing department is completely unhelpful. I would never suggest someone uses this company, and it's crazy that they are so unhelpful to people who were using them for mental health issues.
