Great therapist good with scheduling appointments around my hectic scheldue

This review is for provider Dorothy Bodur, PMHNP-BC who practices at the Fishers, Indiana location with Lifestance. Dorothy is hands down the best provider I have ever had. She is on top of it! If I might need paperwork completed for a medication approval, Dorothy has it done and she looks for ways to get drug coverage for her clients. She will look at the metabolic breakdown of a medication and use my Genesight testing to figure out which medication would be best for me based on protein breakdown. She always has a plan and options for my care. I don’t ever feel like we are just aimlessly trying medication to see if it works. Dorothy also caters to my specific needs like making sure to get the most benefit of a medication while also minimizing the risk. I feel I have a better handle on my mental health than I have in multiple years. Truly the best! The office staff at Fishers have been great as well.

Sara Chambers is a very good, courteous, professional and empathetic Therapist. Thank God for being the person I was referred to.

Was nice to meet my therapist ftf instead of just telehealth..I am a retired health care individual myself and always enjoy the human interaction in situations...Mona was competent, understanding easy to relate to and offered a few options in the way of changing my mind set that I hadn't taken the time to investigate.

I was charged $125 for an appointment I tried to reschedule with Jane Sullivan’s office. I emailed confirmation showing I attempted to reschedule the week of April 20th, 2025, but received no response. When I reached out for help, I was told they couldn’t assist with billing—even though the payment was made directly to them. I explained I was experiencing financial hardship and requested a one-time courtesy, but my concerns were dismissed. I would have preferred to resolve this privately, but after being ignored and left without support, I feel it’s important to share my experience publicly. I hope this encourages more responsive and compassionate service in the future.

I've had one session at far but I really like my therapist. I've had others with Lifestance and really liked them as well- had to change only due to schedule changes.

My experience with both my long time therapist and my psychiatrist has been excellent. They are both there when I need them. They are both caring and respectful of my opinions. I have been helped so much since I started there. I really appreciate both of them.

I'm going to the one in Gig Harbor, WA. Staff are very professional and very friendly. My therapist, Ann, has been extremely helpful and compassionate with my depression and food issues. She is very supportive. The only complaint I have is with their automated computer programs that ask you 2-3 times to check in before an appointment.

I am completely happy with my therapist, my psychologist and my daughters therapist as well. This place has helped my family heal and i will recommend it to anyone in need of help. The portal isnt great but the therapist and doctors are.

I am new to acquiring counseling services through LifeStance, with Danielle. The televisit service is convenient and I am able to do my session while on my lunch break, without the worry of traveling to her office site. Danielle is easy to talk to and I appreciate her patience. While I am just starting out with Danielle, I look forward to our weekly counseling sessions.

My therapist is kool. He actually listens when no one else does. Especially with my issues with trusting care providers as 99.9% of them either do not actually listen to you, are misleading, don't care at all or don't believe you. Im greatfull I found him. And he promotes self care.
