Psychiatrist was helpful

Psychiatrist was helpful. Therapists overall were good but Ineeded more than that. The LifeStance organization overall is good.

Most horrible experience

I would not have giving them a 1 if I could they deserve a 0. I went to my appointment with Stefanie Reinhard last week, it was only my second visit. So she started from my past which is very hard for me without breaking down and than the last 5 minutes of my appointment she said, I can't see you anymore because I have 28 patients too much for me to handle so I'm not seeing 10 patients from now on. Why did she book that appointment only to be paid she should have said that with a phone call. So angry and upset. I'm reporting her to Medicare. Just horrible ethics. Wouldn't treat anyone like that.

Easy process

Easy process. I moved to new state and Needed to establish med continuation and new doctor. Intake caller was friendly and made my experience pleasant. When I met psychiatrist via telehealth he was very knowledgeable and recommended new therapies that I haven’t been exposed to. Highly recommend if you’re comfortable meeting over “zoom”. They also offered in person treatment.

Cassie listens to me

Cassie listens to me, figured out i metabolize medications quicker and that why they weren't working and she always writes me back if I have a question. She got ketamine treatment started for me which I owe my life to her for that. And also like right now for instance my adhd medications aren't working but she's not giving up. She is truly a godsend

If you want to contact anyone, don't

I had med management and therapy through lifestance. Any attempt to contact anyone resulted in 30 minutes or more on hold with someone who wasn't linked to my office. I had a medical emergency requiring the emergency room and couldn't get a hold of my psychiatrist and couldn't get a visit for 3+ weeks after the emergency department took me off ALL MY MEDS. I don't trust this company, nor anyone who works at it -- seriously, how can a psychiatrist not have a direct contact line?! (And that's the policy. Psychiatrists don't have direct lines, so customer service nor patients can get a hold of them.) On top of them requiring in person visits -- I live 2 hours from the office. Just no. This is the most USELESS company I have ever used. Not only is billing unclear (I was billed for having seen a therapist I've never heard of, which messed up my insurance claims), wait times are unbelievable (I've waited on hold like it's a full time job), and I can't ever get a hold of the people I need to. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had regarding my mental health, and I've tried to make it work for 8 months. I will never be back.

WARNING-Dr GGADANI

This had to be the worst mental health experience of my life. I told my doctor GGADANI, I was having higher anxiety than normal. She very aggressively pushed me to a new medication, rather than having me increase my dosage on my current medication. She forced me to get off Lexapro and Wellbutrin cold turkey, and led to a massive depression episode and almost suicidal. I sent multiple messages to this team asking for help and nobody replied until 5 days later. I felt hopeless. The fact that this doctor has a license is disgusting. I basically was begging for help in my messages being sent and getting nothing in return. I HIGHLY recommend never using this company. These doctors clearly get kickbacks for switching working medications to new prescriptions, and gambling on peoples lives. One of the worst experiences of my life. Nobody ever reached out to see if I was okay or even apologized for not responding during a mental crisis. I have multiple screenshots of all my messages and no responses until 5 days later if anyone wants to see my experience.

I feel entirely misled

I feel entirely misled. I initially contacted them to meet with a specific psychiatrist, however, that physician was not taking new patients. So I agreed to meet with a telehealth doctor about a specific concern that I shared with the scheduler. I was not informed of all of my options for being evaluated, and ultimately met with a nurse practitioner who was not able to do a full evaluation or be in a position to prescribe the full breadth of medications if that is in fact what I might need. I waited for this appointment in hopes I would get more answers, only to feel like I shared private information with this company, only to be left needing to see someone else for a full evaluation. Now I have to pay for this appointment that went absolutely nowhere. When I tried to call immediately after my appointment, I was routed to another department not in my state, and they placed messages into the local office and no one returned my call. I finally called acting like I wanted to make a new appointment just to speak with an actual person, because I was upset I was paying for something I didn't expect. I am back to square one and will try to find someone locally with an independent practice. I will never use this service again and do not recommend them.
