I have had a wonderful experience with LifeStance and I would have given them 5 Stars if they weren't making find a new provider based on my insurance!!
I have had a wonderful experience with LifeStance/ Behavioral wellness center of Santa Barbara since becoming a patient with them several years ago. I believe the front desk that manages appointments has always been very professional, respectful and friendly. I have had issues with the pharmacy and if I call the office the are very good at emailing my doctor and correcting the problem. I also believe My Doctor has been a great fit and when I experienced someone who wasn't a good fit they also corrected that problem. My only issue is for ALL THE YEARS OF BEING A PATIENT WITH THEM... THEY RECENTLY NOTIFIED ME THAT THE WILL NO LONGER EXCEPT MY INSURANCE!!!
