I missed taking my son to his therapy appointment because we had a fire in our home and even though I reached out to my therapist two hours after I realized we missed the appointment -- received no call checking if we were still coming -- was charged $145. It was a stressful day: the first day back from Thanksgiving, my husband was home sick, and we had no electricity or heat in our home for almost the entire day -- the street was having work done -- and the temps were in the 30s. I called the billing office multiple times asking for the bill to be forgiven due to the circumstances. Each time I called, I was told my concern was being escalated to a manager. After two months of calling, I still have not heard back. I liked our therapist, but have not made any follow-up appointments until this is resolved. I doubt I'll get any follow-up because soon the bill will be going to collections if it's not paid. Be forewarned that this co. is funded by private equity firms -- lots of rants from therapists on Reddit noting that they join the practice to get started in the business until going out on their own or finding another practice. There are class action suits against it for its treatment of staff.

This place sucks! My 1st visit was pleasant, but due to a billing issue (I have insurance), I wasn’t able to meet with Dr. Theodora Chuckwudi for my 2nd visit. She called me regarding my 2nd appointment, I told her I wasn’t able to log on (video chat) due to a billing issue and she promised to call me back. SHE NEVER DID!!! Oh an, I was charged for a missed appointment which is a lie. I sent several messages via patient portal & requested prescriptions refills. MY MESSAGES WERE IGNORED AND MY PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLS WERE DENIED (AFTER SEVERAL TIMES REQUESTING REFILLS). It’s so sad how some doctors are money driven rather than really caring about patients mental health. Thank God I found another agency and was able to schedule an appointment immediately!!! BEWARE!! Dr. Theodora Chukwudi, (Highland, MI) IS HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE, CARELESS, & UNCONCERN!!!

I’ve been blessed to find Dr. Krolik through Lifestance Health. Almost 4 years of sharing many of my personal trials as well as triumphs I realize that Dr. Krolik remained vigilant and committed to ensuring exceptional care that far exceeds the usual “hum drum” healthcare experience. Dr. Krolik brings the “human” aspect back to treatment that isn’t found often in today’s society like empathy, encouragement, transparency and real knowledge of medicine specific to my needs. I enjoy my therapist’s direction and wisdom - she’s great! Everything from the app to website interface is easy to use and I love that it’s cost effective for me. The platform is easy the use- the only reason I gave four stars is because you can’t send your therapist a message first in the video(virtual waiting room) call - you just have to wait.

Therapist Herbert Bryan is the sole reason for my satisfaction.

I was very nervous trying to get back into therapy because in my experience finding a therapist that works for me is a long process. With life stance you can read the bios of each therapist and choose who you think would work best for you. My first appointment with Dianne Corata was amazing and i knew i found the right therapist the first try. My only issue is I haven't found a way to be able to use my headphones while doing an appointment on mobile.

The Therapist and Psychiatrist are absolutely amazing! The waiting area is always clean, and the providers rooms are always well decorated and make you feel comfortable! Everybody who works there is super sweet, and friendly. The only thing making my review a 4 star and not a 5 star is their billing department. The people in billing are super sweet but sometimes insurance is billed incorrectly, and you have to call and fix it. Honest mistake though! I recommend lifestance to anybody who needs a mental health professional who makes them feel like a person, and not a patient.

My provider Melinda Kiser proved to be an exceptionally poor listener, diagnosing me with multiple serious psychiatric disorders after providing nothing but a questionnaire with no explanation or context. When I questioned her, she referenced several things I ‘said’ that were incorrect. Thankfully I am knowledgeable enough to know how to reference the DSM, but I was very concerned by her behavior, and consider it to be extremely unethical.

Life Stance assistant are very kind And my Psychiatrist who is Caroline Morin is great! I am highly recommend Life Stance and also Psychiatrist, Caroline Morin.

It was easy , fast , and friendly service to attend. Then they accept medicare and didn't have to fear a bill. And they alarm you before the amount of can or can't make. I was truly listened to , and his instruction on our sessions worked for me.

Good therapist but the office is run like crap. They never answer the phone. They make it hard as hell to reschedule and cancel and they want to charge you for canceling an appointment. Plenty of other providers to go to. Stay away from this one.

I had one appointment with c colon and she said i needed weekly therapy only to never hear from her again. When a patient is that troubled ghosting makes you want to jump off the cliff. I’m
