This place is an absolute nightmare
This place is an absolute nightmare and considering they are a mental health provider it is absolutely horrendous how they treat their patients who need their services. After almost a year since my provider Beatrice Okoye a was a no show to our Telehealth appointment they continue to bill me a $100 no show fee although I have EMAIL PROOF that I joined the call and 11 minutes later sent an email asking where was my provider? This was May of ‘24. Since then I have received a bill on 3 separate occasions for $100 no show fee although I absolutely was there. Billing is complete trash and does absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. I’ve sent emails and nothing. I’ve sent a messages via the patient portal and no response. Between the provider not showing up for our appointment and the way their business operations being completely unprofessional I have no idea how this place in business. Find somewhere else for the sake of your own mental health
