Disappointing

Disappointing. Tried on two separate evenings to contact Room Service and, failing that, Reception from room phone. No answer on either occasion. The room was up a flight of 10 stairs. I was not made aware of possible accessibility issues before arrival and found this challenging which for a "superior" room is not good enough. I had difficulty finding help with my case and struggled with the stairs. Having said that the staff with whom I interacted were, on the whole, very nice and the food, when I finally got it, was fine. TV offerings very poor. Just not good enough for an allegedly highly rated hotel. (Edinburgh, Murrayfield)

Get shafted @ Leonardo Boutique hotels

Nothing like making a booking that the hotel gets wrong & when they kindly promise to re-imburse they actually change the facts so that they don’t have to re-imburse the customers. When you know you were at the hotel at 10am to check in & you’re told that you got the date wrong & then you see that they update Booking in the afternoon as a ‘no show’. I don’t know why Booking wants to list such hotels on their database when such bad service from the hotel reflects badly known them as well. Leonardo hotel - Tel Aviv This business customer ain’t coming back!

Have just booked my 4th visit this year. at Leonardo Hotel Gateshead Quays, fabulous, as always very friendly staff , Ann on reception so helpful, and always give us a welcome as we arrive, the furnishings in bar, and lounge have been renewed, plus an added touch of complementary cold drinks from the dispenser in reception rooms cleaned and all tea coffee and milk , plenty of it every day, the bar staff and resturant staff are fantastic, my next visit already booked

SEAFOS DOES NOT OPERATE LIKE A 5 STAR HOTEL

While checking into my suite at the SEAFOS Luxury Resort & Spa Hotel in Nafplio, Greece the Security Guard/Reception Staff negligently directed my partner and I to park in an area incapable of safely accommodating our Van, resulting in substantial damage to the body panels of our vehicle. Following the damage to our vehicle I confronted the hotel Mgr. (Vasilis Keritis) who agreed that his staff was negligent and that he was willing to do what was necessary to restore our vehicle. Yet the following day, when I inquired how the SEAFOS Hotel was going to arrange payment for the repairs necessary to fix our van , Vasilis Keritis reversed his position claiming his staff was not at fault. Out of hundreds of hotels I've stayed, throughout 55+ different countries, this is BY FAR THE WORSE ONE YET!!!

Schrecklich! nicht buchen!!

Schrecklich!! Das Reinigungspersonal brach buchstäblich in das Zimmer ein, während ich duschte, und es war noch lange vor dem Ende der Reservierung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch nicht gut, und das Frühstück war sehr begrenzt. Schreckliche Erfahrung für ein Hotel, das meinen Namen trägt.

The hotel beds for hobbits!!!

Booked the superior room deal on groupon for two nights. No one advised how the lifts work then I was given card for room which didn't work. So had to back down with all the luggage. Then after the lady sorting the cards out I'm shocked to find the room looks nothing like the one advertised on groupon. This angered me. I went back down yet again with all the luggage. To be told Groupon have advertised the wrong picture as that's for the executive room. Now doesn't take a genius to work out that it is the hotel is at fault as they provide the pictures to Groupon. This seems like a very sly tactic of the hotel. I told the manager I'm not happy as their beds looks like two single beds for hobbits instead of a double with a single, even premium inn beds are much wider and this hotel supposed to be a 4* one. She then gives us a another room with a double bed which still looks the size of a single bed. I went on their website and their superior double room I purchased from groupon actually states all the extras you supposed to receive extra such as extra water bottled drinks still and sparkling, biscuits and toiletries. Once again I had to go back down to reception and inform the manager of this. I'm not impressed at all Premium Inn are much better rooms and bigger beds and a lot cheaper too. Had I of seen the appalling reviews I have read on here instead of the ones on Groupon I would of saved my money and book two nights at Premier Inn instead. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and feel they definitely aren't a 4* hotel at all. Definitely not as advertised which I see as fraudulent!

Twins 18th Birthday Treat.

My twins recently celebrated their 18th Birthday and I bought them a trip to London just before Christmas staying at Leonardo Tower Bridge due to it being a Spa Hotel. Staff were fantastic. My email correspondence with the hotel was really helpful with advise and prompt replies. My girls had an amazing time at the hotel and reiterated the helpfulness of all staff. Their room was upgraded and they said was ‘beautiful.’ A fabulous, pre Christmas treat that they will never forget. Thank you all at Tower Bridge and a very Happy New Year! X

Nie wieder Advantage Club Buchung

Wir waren in Düsseldorf. Das Hotel ist gut, die Lage super. Wir fahren seit Jahren einmal im Jahr in dieses Hotel, schon als es noch das Best Western Savoy war. Bei letzten Mal habe ich allerdings über den Advantage Club Leonardo gebucht. Sie werben mit 10 % Ermäßigung. Nie wieder! Das war das schlechteste Zimmer, das wir jemals hatten. Winzig und mit einer Verbindungstür!!!! Wir konnten somit am Liebesleben unserer unbekannten Zimmernachbarn teilhaben. Da verzichte ich doch auf 10% Ermäßigung und habe ein vernünftiges Zimmer ohne Verbindungstür. Nie hatten wir ein solches Zimmer. Wir überlegen, ob wir überhaupt noch dort buchen sollen.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I had booked a room via Booking.com for a treat for my daughter who is at university. I contacted both Booking.com and the hotel to explain that I needed to pay for the room prior to my daughter arriving as she obviously wouldn't have my card. Booking.com told me to contact the hotel direct which I did- 4 phone calls and at least 5 emails right up to when my daughter booked in and not one person offered a solution ( as their online check in service wasn't working ALL WEEK) and no one got back to my last couple of emails where I was frantically trying to sort a solution. Result - my daughter had to pay out of her own account- completely spoiling the surprise! Disappointed and shocked at the lack of customer service

Top locatie met geweldig knappe en…

Top locatie met geweldig knappe en karaktervolle kamer. Het zicht op het water was ronduit de max! Ontbijt was buitengewoon goed. Dit hotel verdient 6 sterren! De bediening was ook tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Leonardo Hotel nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen

Hotelzimmer über die Homepage Leonardo Hotels gebucht . Guter Preis /gute Lage alles super . Leider mussten wir kurzfristig stornieren , womit Leonardo Hotels wirbt 100% Rückerstattung bei noch kurzfristiger Stornierung . Allerdings ist es so das nach noch einer Woche unser Geld noch immer nicht auf Unserem Paypal Konto zurück war. Im Hotel Leonardo Tiergarten sagte man uns dann gerade , die absolute Krönung die Rückbuchungen gehen nicht automatisch das wäre nur manuell möglich u da hätte sich diese Woche noch keiner mit beschäftigt . Als ich fragte ob es normal wäre eine Kunde hinter seinem Geld her telefonieren müsste ,sagte uns diese schnippische Dame ;Ja sagte ich Ihnen doch gerade bereits ,bei Paypal ist das so und so machen wir das hier und ich würde jetzt innerhalb einer weiteren Woche mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen . Absolute Frechheit und unverschämt wie da mit einem Gast gesprochen u umgegangen wird., Hier buchen wir nie wieder !

Room booking error

Had a bad experience booking 2 rooms for some business associates for a one night stay in Bristol. Somehow the booking was duplicated and 4 rooms had been booked instead. When I phoned their central reservations helpline to ensure the booking was correct I was sent an email confirming all the amendments had been made. However I was still charged for all 4 rooms. When I called up the hotel reception I was immdiately told I would not get a refund, despite not fully understanding the situation. I have now emailed their complaints team, and I'm yet to hear back. Extremely disappointed in the service and will be reluctant to reccomend or book anymore business related rooms here again. UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved.

Five Star Experience.

One of the best hotels ever stated at around the world….. Grand Harbour Hotel - Southampton UK. This awesome oasis in Southampton is a must for both business traveler’s and couples a like. Perfect city centre location, yet far enough away to have views of the Solent. Staff are amazing and in particular Anastasia, where literally going that extra mile was never enough and ensured such a wonderful stay. Place is simply fantastic, great room, service , drinks all faultless. Breakfast this morning was exceptional. Rather than huge batch cooking to go cold, it was freshly cooked in smaller quantities, hot and fresh. My partner had an omelette made to order, yet quiet a full restaurant. The worst part of leaving and heading off to reality. We will be back. Thank you to everybody there who made our trip. So memorable. Thank you again Anastasia….

Cockroaches and dangerous electronics in Leonardo hotel. Awful customer service…

Leonardo club hotel Dead Sea gave us a room with a continuous flow of cockroaches coming out of the sink pipe work. The electrics are extremely dangerous, with leaking light, cracked, snapped, leaking air conditioning units. High voltage unit out on the balcony for the kids to go near to.. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. No smoking policy not really enforced. Too loud music, with no appetite to turn down for people with disabilities who can’t cope with it. I have photos of the roaches and the dodgy electronics. The room looked nothing like the one the hotel advertises. Finally, to top It off we left as soon as we could after arrival having discussed terms of leaving with management. Sadly been ignored by them since to resolve the terms of us leaving early.
