Disappointing

Disappointing. Tried on two separate evenings to contact Room Service and, failing that, Reception from room phone. No answer on either occasion. The room was up a flight of 10 stairs. I was not made aware of possible accessibility issues before arrival and found this challenging which for a "superior" room is not good enough. I had difficulty finding help with my case and struggled with the stairs. Having said that the staff with whom I interacted were, on the whole, very nice and the food, when I finally got it, was fine. TV offerings very poor. Just not good enough for an allegedly highly rated hotel. (Edinburgh, Murrayfield)

Get shafted @ Leonardo Boutique hotels

Nothing like making a booking that the hotel gets wrong & when they kindly promise to re-imburse they actually change the facts so that they don’t have to re-imburse the customers. When you know you were at the hotel at 10am to check in & you’re told that you got the date wrong & then you see that they update Booking in the afternoon as a ‘no show’. I don’t know why Booking wants to list such hotels on their database when such bad service from the hotel reflects badly known them as well. Leonardo hotel - Tel Aviv This business customer ain’t coming back!

Have just booked my 4th visit this year. at Leonardo Hotel Gateshead Quays, fabulous, as always very friendly staff , Ann on reception so helpful, and always give us a welcome as we arrive, the furnishings in bar, and lounge have been renewed, plus an added touch of complementary cold drinks from the dispenser in reception rooms cleaned and all tea coffee and milk , plenty of it every day, the bar staff and resturant staff are fantastic, my next visit already booked

SEAFOS DOES NOT OPERATE LIKE A 5 STAR HOTEL

While checking into my suite at the SEAFOS Luxury Resort & Spa Hotel in Nafplio, Greece the Security Guard/Reception Staff negligently directed my partner and I to park in an area incapable of safely accommodating our Van, resulting in substantial damage to the body panels of our vehicle. Following the damage to our vehicle I confronted the hotel Mgr. (Vasilis Keritis) who agreed that his staff was negligent and that he was willing to do what was necessary to restore our vehicle. Yet the following day, when I inquired how the SEAFOS Hotel was going to arrange payment for the repairs necessary to fix our van , Vasilis Keritis reversed his position claiming his staff was not at fault. Out of hundreds of hotels I've stayed, throughout 55+ different countries, this is BY FAR THE WORSE ONE YET!!!

Birthday stay

We stayed at leanardo St. Paul’s for 1night on March 4 For my birthday. First impressions was lovely staff were helpful and friendly Nice welcome drink on arrival It was just a shame there were a few niggle issues that because we only stayed 1 day we didn’t complain as well as the staff were lovely But the room we had 226 nice room but needs freshening up scuff marks on wall under tv Coffee machine didn’t work extractor fan didn’t work And shower screen over bath really needs to be longer as floor gets soaked every time These were minor issues but bed was lovely and comfortable and room was quite Breakfast was nice but had an issue we were told to wait and taken to our table which was in a nice position and told if we wanted omelette to just tell are table number which was great . We both went to get coffee on are return a ladie was sitting at our table we explained it was our table however she said it was hers we complained to a waitress and was told nothing she could do , a sorry and I’ll find you another table would have been nice How ever this was a single experience and all other staff were more than helpful Breakfast food self service but nice We also used the pool very nice hot tub good but shame steam room was not working at all and had holes in ceiling where lights were missing After a night out we had drinks at rooftop bar again staff lovely and view fantastic Over all had a nice time and would stay again but we were paying good money for 1 night and wanted everything to be perfect

Stayed at the Leonardo Piccadilly

Stayed at the Leonardo Piccadilly. Extremely happy with the service, friendly staff and nothing is a problem. Hotel is clean and vert comfortable. Rooms are modern and impressive. Would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again.

I booked online for 15.2.23

I booked online for 15.2.23. Ialso checked in online .When I arrived the manager was there at reception who told me there's no room available. He did not give reasons.He arranged at midnight taxi to go to Leeds .this was outrageous service.If they didn't have rooms h9w did they allow booking.I could not sleep at all due to late night check in and had to wake up early to go to work which was 17 miles away.They did not offer to book local hotels which was shameful. Many others were also affected .

Coronabedingt Zimmer in Mestre 02.2020 storniert.Die Kosten für das Zimmer schon bei der Buchung 09.2019 abgebucht Wir forderten das Geld nicht zutück, sondern boten an, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu buchen.Jetzt schreibt uns Leonardo, dass dies nur bis Ende 2022 möglichgewesen wäre Es wurde uns nur 30%Rabatt auf eine neue Buchung angeboten .Auch wird die bezahlte Summe nicht ausbezahlt Ist das fair? Nie wieder Leonardo

Worst bar staff ever d

Website advertising food available all day having a 2 year old with us thought it would be easier to get a bar snack ....was told no capacity as they had 12 people booked in???? About an our later a couple were able to order Food???? Bar staff worst ever slow service was not not able to order a cocktail beer flat and warm and all they did was complain about thier colleagues..... reception staff very helpful rooms nice and clean breakfast below average

Made up bed on floor ‘upgrade’…

I booked a room for single occupancy and got a room which was nice but had a bed made up on the floor which looked unprofessional and ruined the look/experience of the stay. I complained following checkout as I wasn’t asked how my stay was. I was told I’d had an upgrade, I wasn’t told this upon checkin which was at 10:30pm where I heard the receptionist say they were fully booked so I wasn’t going to mess about changing rooms at that time and if they were fully booked. I was not told I had been upgraded and having a quilt on the floor isn’t an upgrade to me- hotel not interested. I should’ve gone for a cheaper alternative rather than going for a ‘nice’ hotel, maybe their customer service will care more about your experience.
