I have used Leep Utilities from the beginning of this year and I would say I have consistently received top notch customer service. I was shocked to find out today that my water bill has increased by nearly 60% from last year - up from £27pm to £50pm. I find that difficult to understand considering our consumption has barely changed. In the context of a cost of living crisis, I find this unjustifiable.

From my initial contact with Leep Utilities (Fiona) when I had a query on excessive water usage, I was offered constructive advice on how to determine the source of a leak.
