Rang to set up my new home water account, spoke to India who was so helpful and friendly. She explained in great detail the process and made it easy for me understand.
I was charged on my water account for a time period to which I didn’t live in my property and Ferris helped me out in getting this resolved. The wait time was a tad bit longer than expected but she was really nice and helpful, eventually rectifying the issue so was definitely worthwhile.
