I recently phoned to discuss a payment plan. Spoke to a lady called Jadine who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I was expecting it to be a very long winded process but Jadine’s service made it very simple and pain free.
Very friendly and helpful advisor. Resolved my query efficiently and helped me to understand what had gone wrong.
The person I spoke with sorted things out for me immediately. My rating is only 4 out of 5 because I followed the instructions provided on paper in terms of sending Leep the documents they needed by email only to receive a message saying that the particular email address concerned was no longer being monitored- hence the need for a phone call instead.

Lady was jolly, happy & very helpful. She made a plan to arrange a refund & reduce my monthly direct debit. Explained where I could find the serial number for my meter on the bill. Advised that I could put in metre reading rather than accepting the estimated bill. So refreshing to have someone who listened to what I needed & wanted to happen & did it. A lovely call.
