Tia was very helpful, polite, quick at resolving my issue and reassured me everything would be put right on my account and visible on the portal - which she also kindly shared access to.
I spoke to a very helpful person called Ferris and he guided me through the whole system. He was very patient with my questions and helped me to make the right move
I have just moved to my first property as a homeowner & wanted to register my utilities. I was a little unsure of where to start but Michelle had such a pleasant telephone manner, she was warm & approachable. She respectfully explained my options, was patient & knowledgeable. It was lovely speaking with Michelle this morning. I felt reassured by her & I am now fully informed & I am thankful that it was Michelle who took my call. I hope Michelle gets the proper recognition for being a wonderful representative.
I had a very good experience with Michelle who was able to answer my queries and confirm that a new direct debit arrangement was in place. She was polite and efficient with a lovely manner. She ensured that we were satisfied with the service she provided.

I called about the water bill hike and was pouring out my frustration on Patrick. However, he didn't take this to heart, he carefully explained the possible reason for the hike, described where my meter was, which I eventually located after several months of trying to find it :) and he temporarily reverted my direct debit till I resolved the issue with my bill. Thank you, Patrick for acknowledging my plight!
We've been with Leep for 3 years now. It's easy to upload water meter readings and get updated bills. Also, whenever I have a query they are quick to respond via email. I had emailed yesterday evening about a name change, and Jessica responded promptly first thing this morning and sorted it out for us.
My query was quickly resolved over the phone.
Sarah, whom I might add is also French. She was nothing short of a true professional, throughout the course of our conversation. “If you’re reading this Sarah, you can pay me now?” “I’ve done what you’ve asked!” - Haha! Jesting aside, you truly earned it and I feel it’s only just I send a positive review. Thanks-a-bunch!
Made a mistake on my water meter by pressing the wrong number on my phone, don’t ask me how but I did. Spoke to Fiona and she sorted it out in no time at all. Thank you. 🤩 just when you thought your doing the wrong thing I did this. Thank you again.
