I moved house 6 months ago and didn't understand the frequency of water bills I was receiving, thus creating an unexpected estimated bill. Jadine was very kind and helpful and sent me diagrams and instructions of where to locate the water meter and how to read it to get an accurate bill and at my request to set up a monthly direct debit payment. Excellent help and customer service. Thank you Jadine.

The staff member who answered my call was very polite and patient. Since my English isn’t very good, she explained things using simpler language. She solved all of my problems and even reminded me of things I hadn’t thought of. I’m very satisfied.
