PLS Solicitors my personal experience

PLS Solicitors were recommended by my developer to make the process easier, I totally get it as all queries I raised were 100% totally ignored. I raised boundary concerns in an email in addition to other issues and when I got a response my question related to boundaries were deleted from the email chain which I thought was unprofessional as I still had my sent history as proof. I also raised concerns related to finances which were totally ignored and the completion went through. Only positive was the PLS 24/7 portal to upload documents and keep track on progress. If my queries were answered the team would have had 5 stars. 27/06/25 Following my concerns PLS did contact me and addressed all my outstanding queries. As previously mentioned the overall experience and portal is great so am giving the team an updated 5.
