I can not fault this company, everything is just right with them. From the utilities to when I call over anything. I’ve been a customer with another local water company for years, so moving into a new house and a new supplier was a bit of a concern, but as a new customer I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to their reps, all of who are pleasant and get the job done. A call wait time doesn’t seem to exist as when I’ve rang its picked up with in a couple of rings. Today I called over a billing enquiry and spoken to Hannah, within a couple of minutes all done. Outstanding so far can not fault them, great work 👍.
I was in contact with Hannah for setting up my water bill, she was extremely efficient and helpful throughout the whole process, and crystal clear on how everything works. Honestly, this is my first time not being frustrated at all by customer service!

Company has been charging me for the incorrect meter, despite trying to get a bill for my meter for 4 months they have sent me six varying bills with completely different numbers on all referencing a different meter. They then hound you with payment reminders for bills that they have produced incorrectly. I haven't spoken to one person who is competent and have now reported them to the ombudsman as I no longer get a response
