I spoke to Admire today and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what I had failed to understand and provided me with clear and concise advice. I'm a new customer, having just moved house so I'm pleased to see such excellent customer service. I also spoke to Caitlyn prior to speaking to Admire as the phone disconnected to her. She was also very patient with me as the line was quite bad and looked into a meter mix up which my landlord's inventory team caused. It's now all sorted which Admire kindly finalised for me and I've just recieved my first bill. Thanks very much for a quick and efficient service.
