Completely Incompetent
Company has been charging me for the incorrect meter, despite trying to get a bill for my meter for 4 months they have sent me six varying bills with completely different numbers on all referencing a different meter. They then hound you with payment reminders for bills that they have produced incorrectly. I haven't spoken to one person who is competent and have now reported them to the ombudsman as I no longer get a response
