Much improved customer service from Leep. I recently contacted them as I had received a text purportedly from Leep that looked suspiciously like a scam (it wasn't), claiming that there was a problem with my email account. Waiting time on the line was short, Noah was very helpful and efficient and the issue was resolved swiftly. Thank you!

I recently reached out to Admire at Leep Utilities, I had an issue with an outstanding balance reminder I received recently, as I have recently moved in and didn't have any clue how to make the payments, and I didn't even know which company is providing the water and whom I shall pay to. Admire listened and helped me resolve the issue and access the account in less than 5 minutes. he was really helpful.
