Few niggles but on the whole good.
I’m a new customer of about 2.5 weeks having moved into a new build house. In that time I’ve been sent about three bills with different amounts - the last of which was about three times the amount I was told I would expect to pay - which was a bit of a fright. However, every time I have called I have been connected very quickly to friendly, knowledgeable and, for the last call, reassuring staff who have done all they can to resolve the problems their slightly problematic system has created for me. Especially Laura. I suspect it’s simply the fact I’m a new customer in a new build. Hopefully that’ll be the end of it.
