Moved to new property and Leep Utilities was our new water supplier. Quick call, no waiting for we in a queue and easy to set up all new details, hassle free. Call handler was friendly and professional. Lovely to speak to an actual person. Experience so far has been 5*

Good customer service
Terrible company avoid them at all costs!! Had a water meter installed in October last year and have had to chase them every month to try and get the bills changed over from estimated readings. Everytime you contact them they come back with the same response that they are waiting for the developer of the site to come back to them to confirm the meter details. This has been the case for months and clearly there is neglect from the supposed developer of the site. There has been no apology from anyone I have spoken to and not even any contact from a manager. I have tried to raise several complaints and they will not even carry out that simple request so it does not bode well for the company as a whole. Honestly if you have the choice unlike me I would use a more reputable company and avoid these to avoid a bad experience all round.
