New customer trying to set up an account via the portal. Not able to Called the number they can't help as not enough information regarding property. Awaiting a reply from hello@leep So far feeling frustrated I only want to set up direct debit 🤦♀️ Amazing what a review can do I had an email response and just like magic everything was sorted. I'm not sure who's working at the call centre but don't think they are very effective. Jessica deserves 5 🌟
