Moved into a new build, Tia was helpful and took all the details needed to set up my account. Very pleasant experience ☺️
Tia was fantastic at explaining the confusion with my bill so I could ensure I was paying the correct amount. However I then confused myself once more with charges and had support from the incredible Jess when I called back. You have an amazing customer support team and they helped me identify the issue was with my other water provider. Sorry for all the faff today but thank you for being fabulous!

We moved into a new property and signing up with Leep for the new water service was quick and painless. The online service was unavailable when I tried to register but one call to the Customer help line got me sorted quickly. The agent was really helpful and talked me through a password reset and DD set up. All very efficient and super friendly.
