I tried to buy a new plan for 30GB's starting at £1.99 for the 1st 3 months. But when I changed my old number back on to the sim. It altered plan by cancelling it! So I couldn't call anyone.

No eSIM, strange that all operators has launched their eSIM service long back but Lebara is still in Q3 2025, Needs lots of technical improvements and updates. The Mobile calls and Data is fantastic. Thanks,
Two and a half years after giving Lebara UK a 5 star review, I have to change to 1 star. Over three months ago, the signal for mobile internet and calls disappeared in my local town centre. Most other places are fine. Unfortunately it is in the town centre I need the internet to check bus times, and shop. At first it was just weekends, now it is every day. I can't take it up with Vodafone because I pay Lebara, so I asked Lebara to contact Vodafone. After nearly a month, Lebara asked if it was still a problem. Then they asked me to take Speed Net readings, which proved my point. But on submitting these, Lebara says there is no problem and it must be my handset. Rubbish.

I am wondering how many more bad reviews I will have to leave before Lebara get their act together? I received a call today at 13:22, but as I was driving the operative asked what time he could call back and I said 16:30 as I wouldn't be available until then. I accessed my phone at 16:25 and waited for the promised call and I waited and waited and waited ..... It is now 17:53 so I don't expect the call will materialise 😡. If this is a measure of their competence then they are doomed for failure because they obviously can't tell the time or they are ringing from another continent. Message for Lebara Send a SIM card that actually works because I am getting really annoyed with the lack of professionalism displayed by this company! You have my email address so use it as it is available 24/7 .... but don't expect me to hang around waiting for a call which never materialises
