Really helpful service
I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

Follow up the previous review on 2 July 2025. Things started to move in what I thought was the right direction. I received a reply from John-Paul Patten Operations Director and a follow up call to help with my complaint. To my surprise I received a call agreeing to the compensation I suggested. Now it's back to the appalling customer service, who agree with everything just to make you go away.
Darshan was so helpful with my replacement issue, I had my line back in an instant. All the info he gave me and the hands on assistance was so valuable.

In the UK it works fine and I have always wondered, how can it be so cheap and just perform like Vodafone? Well, it doesn’t. I am on a road trip through Europe and both my phone and my wife’s one (Lebara) took hours to connect to any network in France, now we have been in Switzerland all day and despite the phone showing 5G, there is just zero internet so we have no sat nav, no connection at all. Luckily, I’ve got my work phone (Vodafone) which works fine. I will cancel Lebara as soon as we get back to the UK. Unacceptable, but that’s what you pay for I guess.

They trump all previous used providers for phone service , customer service , EASE of access and price, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this time, assisted by Ravirah Singh who not only dealt with my query went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly with call backs etc, was a pleasure to speak to , polite & efficient.

After losing my bank card, Lebara was unable to renew my new customer deal plan and I selected the wrong plan when restoring my service with a different bank card. Live chat agent was able to instantly restore my previous plan and refund the remainder of the incorrect one. Result.
