Good customer service (Thank you Anurag Tripathi). Switched over with same phone number on date planned. Service working well. Just at half the price of previous provider.

The most awful company in the uk totally useless.never used a company so incompetent as Lebara. Been in cyprus 4 days no internet, customer service is 0 stay away, there’s a reason there cheap, useless. Still been 5 days received a call yesterday they will be in touch, nearly a week no internet. These are a joke stay well clear.

Very bad service, my grammar school is starting on Monday and I need my SIM to contact my parents, I have just 1 day left the order hasn't even arrived yet and they promised next day delivery service by royal mail, nevertheless, they said shortly I'll get a link to track my parcel through royal mail but that never arrived.

I am a career, I usually rely on data to do my reports and while working my data got exhausted. Confused and not knowing what to do since I was not at home to use wifi to subscribe for data, I had to call your customer service and I was transferred to this angle Mr Pratik Pawarwho graciously gave me 2.5g. I am so grateful to Lebara and his wonderful staff. Thanks
