Downgrading to 1 star ⭐
Two and a half years after giving Lebara UK a 5 star review, I have to change to 1 star. Over three months ago, the signal for mobile internet and calls disappeared in my local town centre. Most other places are fine. Unfortunately it is in the town centre I need the internet to check bus times, and shop. At first it was just weekends, now it is every day. I can't take it up with Vodafone because I pay Lebara, so I asked Lebara to contact Vodafone. After nearly a month, Lebara asked if it was still a problem. Then they asked me to take Speed Net readings, which proved my point. But on submitting these, Lebara says there is no problem and it must be my handset. Rubbish.
