I spoke with Darshan on getting a refund as i ported out my number on the same day the patment was taken. Darshan helped and provided me confirmation a refund was issued.

Today I did an online chat with Raunak trying to find out why my wife's phone has different numbers when calling and texting she has recently transferred to Lebara. I couldn't work out what was wrong after about 2 minutes Raunak had sorted it it was to do with some message setting. All sorted brilliant service done very quickly

I had a problem with Lebara taking two payments instead of one. I spoke with one of the customer service team, Raviraj Singh, who quickly and efficiently resolved the mistake.

The chat option was very helpful, the bot then connected me to an agent which was quick as well, and my problem was sorted quickly, it is very helpful service
