Good customer service from Shashank after very bad experience from another Lebara representative
Shashank helped resolve an issue with a SIM renewal in a very empathetic, professional and considered way. This was after I had a terrible experience with the agent who I had spoken to the day before who was very rude and had the audacity to blame me for an error that Lebara had made and she took no responsibility to resolve the problem.
