Trying to use roaming in Australia, paid for it before leaving UK. No phone signal. Contacted Lebara, was told it was fixed, it wasn’t. Tried again, told there is an outage. One of the assistants wasn’t telling the truth. Still haven’t got a signal, no communication from Lebara. Really disappointing.

I was able to resolve my query about my husband's sim card, him being abroad for about 2 months. Anurag Tripathi even helped me by topping up my husband's sim with £5 so he can use the service. Thank you very much, good experience
The customer service advisor I spoke with Ashish was great, alot better than the 2 people I spoke with on the Chat facility. My query was reference data usage abroad. My wife and I who are both Lebara customers flict between the UK, India and Cyprus. We never really use more than 2gb of our allocated 30gb data. We received messages from lebara re being near our 2gb usage whilst in cyprus. I contacted Lebara a couple weeks ago via their chat facility only to be told to ignore the messages as we were nowhere near our 30gb usage, so we did. We have remained in Cyprus and today we could not use our data, but more concerning we were unable to phone or text and family members couldn't contact us. Again I've contacted customer services only to be told about their Overseas Usage Policy, which I understand, but the told to add an automatic top up of £5. I've only used 27mgb of data since my plan renewed last week. So how can using no more than 2gb of data whilst abroad be excessive usage? Ashish was helpful and as a goodwill gesture added the £5 top up to our accounts. We will now consider our future contract with Lebara, so please be sure you are aware of the small print before signing up. The reason there isn't only one star is because Ashish was the only person that helped us.

Customer Service has always been prompt and very good. Mayur was exceptional today and helped explain everything very well for how I order a new SIM and keep my old lebara number (after putting my phone through the washing machine!). He was friendly and sorted it all out for me very efficiently. Thank you MAYUR - I am a very happy customer
