Student care team are available to help with any problems you may have.

I reached out to the Student Care team as I was struggling to balance both work and studying. I spoke with an advisor called Angel, she was very helpful and gave me lots of support where I needed. She also offered to help me create a study timetable to help me find a good balance between my work and studying.

Happy customer

I an happy with my experience from the Learning People. I registered for the AgilePM course and with the help and encouragement from Mikki I have managed to pass my first exam. My reason for not giving a 5 is that you cannot call your representative but via email and there have been a few times when I've been waiting for callback catch ups which have been missed.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Student support team supposed to get back to me last week but no response. Email few times no response, phone straight to voice mail, customer service number busy 24/7, been trying to call since last 2 days, left voice message BUT NO RESPONSE. So feed up and frustrating.

While they are a good company and have all the facilities set up. I just did not have the support for remote learning and felt I was miss-sold what it would be like; as it turns out my facilitator then left the company. I asked about renewal quotes and there was back and forth and they wanted a chat on the phone when it would have been simple enough to send a quote on email. Just be mindful you'll be left to it.

Correct Career Guidance with Great decision ability,Clarity and vision Forward

I am an experienced IT Professional and with over 15 years of industry experience. With all the previous technology experience and the various courses and options available for the future, I was in difficult situation , confused and struggling on the career pathway to take ahead.Matt Purchase from the Learning People provided a approach that was Great as he asked me the right questions and Matt logically understood my background Profile after which he advised the correct Career Pathway course to me. Matt Purchase has very good decision making skills and did very good reasoning with the choice of options and courses because of which I got clarity to decide on the career pathway. Also I think Matt Purchase not only advised on the course but was able to provide me with a Long term Career pathway which is very clear to me. I am thankful and Grateful.

Great experience

Great experience! I have been studying different project management courses with Learning People, it has been a great experience in every case, the student care team is always supportive and go an extra mile to help achieve your certification in a smooth way. The tutors are very knowledgeable and I found the career services a plus. I totally recommend Learning People for the great package they offer is is not just about the certifications it is much more.

TOTAL SHAM

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with Leaning People, a company that I now believe is a complete sham. From the start (April 20, 2023), their sales pitch was incredibly persuasive, expertly targeting individuals like me who had urgent needs and were eager to improve their skills. They made grand promises, convincing me to sign up with the assurance that I would receive the support and resources necessary to achieve my goals. However, once I was onboard, it quickly became clear that Leaning People was more interested in taking my money than actually providing the services they promised. Despite having paid for everything within 3 installment, including exam vouchers, I received nothing but calls demanding more money. They showed no interest in my progress or well-being as a candidate, and their customer service was nonexistent. Repeatedly, I asked for the exam voucher I had already paid for, only to be met with ''I have to pay for another tuition fee, after repeatedly explaining that I had zero benefit from the one I innitialy paid for (1595pounds). Just give me my exam vouchers FFS. It’s clear that LEARNING PEOPLE is only interested in exploiting people in vulnerable situations rather than offering any genuine help or support. It is worthy of note that most awesome reviews here on TRUST PILOT those who reviewed after the awesome sales pitch to sign up. The last call was even more painful to me as the agent was more interested in milking me further after I had expressed my concern of not benefitting anything from the so-called subscription, I once mentioned to one of the rep that called that I benefitted more from Youtube than the platform and all she had to say was for me to reach out more, more for what exactly?

Scam- money stealers! avoid at all costs

I wrote a review previously a few years ago. And I am still paying off a course I never received. Over 3k. Gutted and feel completely mislead. I registered my experience as a review and it was legitimately evidenced with trust pilot I’m not sure why I can’t see it currently. I was never contacted by the learning people manager as promised in the review response to sort it out. Disgusting company and a complete waste of money! I wish I never came across them. Over 3k each from my husband and I with no learning made available. We still pay off over £140 per month have been trying to seek help legally for over a year now, may cost us more to take it to court. How stupid we were to sign.

I signed up to a £4.5k Cyber Security…

I signed up to a £4.5k Cyber Security course after a slick sales pitch in May 2020, got struck down with very bad Covid and could only complete the first few modules, the content of which was outdated and barely relevant. When I went to resume the course, I was denied an extension, told to send in my medical records to prove I had Covid, to 'black-out' the parts not relevant to Covid, and that I would not be getting any refund. I then tried to find a Solicitor to take the case on, but couldn't find anyone willing to take on the online scam. This company claims it has Government (Tory) backing, but in reality, all they do is rip people off. I'm still waiting for a refund, who can afford to lose £4.5k in this economic climate? I've also had 2 rounds of breast cancer surgery and radiotherapy since that time and could have done with that refund to fund the 4.5 months I had to take off work. Avoid them like the plague, all they're interested in, is your money. The reply below is unacceptable. I sent a number of emails and made calls, and received the same blanket refusal every time. I trust LP are also aware, it is illegal to demand blacked out medical records, which I also pointed out, and received the same response. LP would not have 'investigated' anything at all, but were more than happy to take my money and leave me with nothing to show for it. It is utterly disgraceful.

Extremely succesfull

Learning People's support to help me with my career change was absolutely fantastic. All the information given from the start of my study to landing my first job was impressive. you are assisted by experts on how to approach all difficulties that you won't know when changing career. I highly recommend Learning People to successfully make a career change!

Good course with great support

I have just completed a course in full stack development and got my certificate. The course was hard work as there was so much to learn but the material was excellent. The support from learning people has been great with spontaneous check-in calls to see how I am progressing and much more learning material and support than the actual course. They are now supporting me in my job hunting.

Watch 14 Day contract agreement!!!

I enrolled in an educational service with high hopes for robust support to help me quickly dive in and challenge myself. Unfortunately, I found the student care support lacking. After the initial contact, I did not receive the necessary assistance to test myself effectively, which was a significant drawback for someone who prefers fast-paced testing to keep their brain engaged. Subsequently, I moved to the CompTIA store, which offers both learning and practice resources. The detailed content is highly relevant to the exam, and the practice tests are excellent for preparing under actual exam conditions. What would have cost me over £1800 was available for just £322. I highly recommend checking out the CompTIA site. While their learning packages are more expensive up front, they are worth it for new learners in the tech field. For those like me, with nearly 8 years of personal experience, the combination of practice tests and labs for £322 is far more effective than the initial £1800+ option contracted for a year. Additionally, I have experienced persistent cold-calling from the initial provider, demanding payment. I have informed them that if this continues, I will take legal action. I am also in the process of getting my £170 deposit refunded. Given my experiences, I strongly advise saving your money and opting for the official CompTIA site. The value and effectiveness of their resources far surpass the initial service I contracted.

A huge waist of time and money

I have to rate my overall experience with learning people as poor, I was upsold the project management courses to the tune of £2700 by a very good sales person, with the view to become fully qualified in 50 hours. I found the online course content and delivery for prince 2 foundation to be particularly bad and completed it several times to try and understand it, I failed the first exam even though I was achieving really high scores on the mock exams, I went on to pass and then started the next course, Prince 2 practitioner, the course had virtually zero content, I failed the exam. Due to the huge amount of hours I had put into this and had no support for the exams, I dropped it for some time, I am now booked to resit the exam but I have run out of time to even start the APM modules. I have asked for an extension but was denied. A complete waist of money. When I could eventually get through to the student care team, they told me to reach out to the tutors, to which I never got a response. So in short, if you work full time and long hours, don't expect to be able to fulfil the course requirements within 12 months, and certainly do not expect any help or support from the learning people
