Terrible service. The videos are outdated you’re truly better off using Professor Messors free YouTube videos which have helped me more. DO. NOT. PAY. I thought the classes would be worth it but they do not even do Security+ classes ?? Extremely dissatisfied and regret spending the money. Making sure everyone I know is not falling for this.

WORST ONLINE STUDY EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID! I had a dreadful experience with an online Project Management course. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription within the first couple of months of a two-year course company is now pursuing me for payment through debt collectors. I strongly advise avoiding this company. UPDATE - 15.July 2024 As per your request for verification - My Receipt No. LP1000047570 for the full payment of the following courses: - PRINCE2® Foundation - PRINCE2 Practitioner - APMG AgilePM Foundation - APM PMQ I faced multiple issues with the first PRINCE2 Foundation course, and despite numerous emails, the problems were not resolved. As a result, I cancelled the direct debit and requested a full refund due to the subpar quality of the online systems, services, course materials, and lessons. I have records of emails sent from February to June 2024 to cancel my subscription and issue a full refund as I could not use their services. Instead, not only do they refuse the refund but they are pursuing me through debt collectors for the balance amount for the services I haven't used AVOID THIS COMPANY

I wish i could give negative star to learning people, i have tried to cancel the course due my serious sickness and tried to get my money back, they are not paying anything and just taking out money from Bank account without taking any permission, all the study material they provide its not even basic, you can find everything on google and you tube, why we have to waste our money, please careful all of them who wants to start any course, they will manipulate you by saying so many good things in the starting later one they are useless and they are never gonna refund your money once you paid off anything.
The course material is great. Student care are always there to guide and help through studies, Mikki has supported and guided through out my studies. I have had a great experience with Career Support (Chelsey) how has supported and guided me through the steps of my job search. Overall I have had a pleasant experience with Learning People and have learnt a lot even outside of the courses I studied.

I enjoyed the student support team and career services, they’re ready to put you through your journey till you get your dream job. I am currently working on my LinkedIn page and done with three of my exams out of four, the career services helped me put my cv in order and the student support system in passing my exams. They sent me materials to guide me and I liked the fact that they always check in on you to see how far you’ve gone and any help needed

I started my journey with LP at the beginning of May 2024, is almost 2 months now and I have passed APM Foundations and APM Practitioner exams and now preparing towards Change Management exam. Since day 1 the process has been brilliant, Youvraj Sookhraz my consultant and my first point of contact, was amazing explaining me all the process and how I would be followed throughout my journey. The material provided is good enough, the course content is well structured and provide sufficient guidance and help so you can study and pass your exams. I am also starting to work with the career team towards my cv, so hopefully I can soon start applying for jobs and start my new career. I am glad I am studying with LP and I would greatly recommend to anyone who is looking to study towards new qualifications.

The study videos are concise, detailed and straight to the point. Very self explanatory with helpful practice questions. The learning materials however had little but negligible typographical errors, but were very insightful and intuitive. I will definitely recommend Learning People.
