I have no reservations whatsoever with my experience with the learning people. I was assisted with an easy payment plan for my study package, got swift resolution to all issues l had and got sufficient materials to prep for exam. It's been an awesome learning learning experience for me and I'm looking forward to more career developmental experience.
My experience with learning people has been nothing but amazing, the self paced learning was just what I needed to pass my APM exams and still understand in depth what project management entails.

I went into the Agile project management course not really knowing very much about it. The Learning people took all the noise away, they are always on hand to help and support. Mikki my assigned mentor would have regular check ins with me to check that I was happy with my progress and to point me in the right direction and support. I passed my foundations exam today...so it works!!
I was undecided on what to study having different interests and with so many options on the market on where to study. Had a great experience with my career consultant Fatima, I had a great deal of questions and she helped answer them and find a course and path I’m happy with. I’ve been studying for one month now and I’m happy with the material provided so far, got a couple of calls from the student care team as well to check up on my progress and see if I needed support.

I have had a great time studying with Learning People. The platform is easy to use and very accessible. In particular I am greatly appreciative of the support I have received from the student care team. When I had family issues preventing me for being able to study, Mikki was incredibly helpful and assured me that I did not need to worry about studying until my head was in a better space. Together we created a reasonable and achievable study plan. I would not have been able to pass my exam if it wasn't for Mikki's help - thank you Mikki.

Speaking to Stuart on the phone, being a Millenial, telephone conversations are not my favourite, but this was easy, and extremely informative. Despite not being able to be a paying customer just yet, I was treated with respect and given more information and guidance for my son and his learning journey than I had expected. Fantastic experience so far! Very supportive team who has answered any questions I've had from day one. Platform is easy to use and they offer labs and quizzes that have been very handy. I would definitely recommend them to take your career to next level or to transition career paths.
I join learning people around mid 2022 everything was going well, until I became very sick and I had to get doctors report to put my study on hold, they agreed for three months after that I resumed my study but was struggling due to my sickens that my one year was nearing I requested them to give me more time to finish my course and again my certificates they said I can get one 3 weeks to finish and get 4 certificate's,due to my sickness I couldn’t manage that quickly, I didn’t complete any certificates and they want me to pay them full fee . I feel that is unfair they should allow students more time rather threatening them for debt collection. The sale people over promise and are very pushing towards what will be better option for us , but in that it’s there benefit. I have had lot of my friends giving me feedback about learning people sales team. For learning People it’s all about money nothing to support their struggling students. I will never recommend Learning People to anyone there are better more supportive institutes in NZ people can again there cert from.
DO NOT use this company. There pre sales spat is brilliant. Full of promises but there is no student support. This all comes through using discord and relying on other students. There is no help in pairing with a suitable study partner. TBH i feel robbed!
They are not worth the money they charge. Once you are in, you are pretty much stuck. I wouldn't engage with this academy even if they are the last institute standing. Please don't repeat my mistake!
