Catherine Topham is AMAZING!! After finishing of my Certifications, I was really struggling to get my foot in the door of the IT Industry. That was until Catherine came along. She worked along side me to revise my CV, worked through interview questions and stages and found the perfect job for me. She was always there for me when I was at a low point and ready to throw the towel in. Contacted me after interviews to see how everything went and coach me if needed. Even when I landed my new role, she was straight on the phone to congratulate me!! It has been quite some time since I have had to learn a set of new skills for a change in career. The learning people have understood the challenges of taking on a fairly technical course at my age and helped me with strategies to ensure my learning is productive and successful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to learn a new skill to change or progress their career.

Just passed my Comptia A+ core 1 exam. Frequent check ins from the consulting team helped me stay on track and discuss any additional needs. Mentors answer any and all of my questions promptly, helping me clear doubts and understand the lectures better.

The service from Learning People has genuinely surpassed my expectations, excelling in every regard! Learning people have been very helpful, knowledgeable and great listeners. If you get Charlie Lynch you're in for a smooth ride where she will explain everything down to a tee! answer any questions you have, that includes things that are not necessarily about this course or company, I.e I had a problem with another company I'm using in tandem with learning people and they helped deal with the contract and Charlie Lynch went above and beyond for me to help me understand it, and gave me a free acces to other services they have for the trouble I had with ANOTHER COMPANY!! You won't be upset with the customer service here nor will you be upset with the actual learning program, plus all of the additional study tools is absolutely stellar.

Horrible experience. This is a glorified udemy or coursera course, there is no actual tutoring, no classes, no peer to peer contact. It is 100% self study and nobody will bother to even help you study. My genuine advice: pay for a video playlist on Udemy & pay for the CompTIA exams yourself (it is far far cheaper), free courss are available and some paid ones for £14.99. I have been asked to remove the names of these courses. There is nothing learning people are offering that is unique. There is nothing they are offering that is of quality. Nothing at all. I have paid them £3000 for a video playlist. There will be many many calls to get you onboarded, your phone will buzz again and again until the sale is made. As soon as the paper is signed, goodbye. DON’T fall for their line about discount deadline. This is the cheapest sales tactic and sadly it works really well. Think of them as highly trained ninjas. They will get you one way or another. The finance team are diligent and good people. I have a lot of respect for them. The sales team is a whole different story - think of Wall Street selling but toned down to make it seem like they care. Please for your own sanity, read the reviews carefully. There are so many people with awful experiences with this company but it doesn’t amount to anything for them. The revenue keeps coming in for them so they will sleep happy. I had one or two calls from a consultant after I was signed on but absolutely no real support other than “just study”. I didn’t need to pay £3000 to hear someone call me and say just study. Having been in sales myself, it is too easy to tell that there are quotas over people’s heads and that is all that matters. I know many many people will share my feelings and our experience will be identical. This is just the way the world works today. We are just a number for them. P.S qualifications are useless in a bundle because you cannot become a security analyst without experience. You cannot just rock up one day with exams and become a security analyst or risk engineer. This is fairy dust fantasy story selling. They will push this down your throat until you believe them.

Excellent first impression of Learning People, with a clear outline of future goals, from the Executive Career Consultant PM-Oliver Frost. Oliver listened well and reviewed what I had explained about my future aspirations; with a clear plan of action to move things forward in a manageable way. Nothing was too much trouble and Oliver was at hand-especially during the first 24 hours (including before the orientation) to ensure everything started off smoothly.

The learning people have really helped me keep on track with my studies. Working with them i've managed to pass every exam first time (no resits) using their resources and learning materials. I would say if you want to pass courses use the learning people. They are always on hand to help you and motivate you through. Amazing and thank you!

The abundance of different resources that are available through the Learning People, is what gave me the confidence and allowed me to pass my CompTIA A+ certification. The videos go into great detail, and they correlate with the exam objectives, which enabled me to have a structured approach to studying; as I was able to tick off the objectives as I studied. The e-books provided allowed me to go into more detail on specific subjects/objectives that I wasn't confident with. This is a great resource I utilized extensively, as if I were too buy the books individually they would be expensive. Undoubtedly, the resource that helped me the most was the practice exams. In preparation for the real thing, I took a lot of practice exams. They're helpful in two key ways: Firstly in revision, since you can make custom exams to specifically work on weak areas. Secondly, was in the final exam preparation, as you can see how well you are performing and use that to measure if you're ready for the exam. Overall this helped me build the confidence I needed to pass the final exam. To give me practical experience the labs are a blessing. Using the labs enhanced my ability to apply the theory that I had learned. The best use of the labs is to relate the CompTIA exam objectives and apply them to what you are practicing; this helped extensively in preparation for the Performance Based Questions (PBQs). It also helps if you apply everything you learn to how and why you need to know in a real/operational environment. All the previously mentioned resources are centralized and are easy to access. Every interaction I've had with staff was positive and pleasant. They've helped me a lot and have answered any questions I had.

Deciding to pursue a career in IT was a big decision for me, especially coming from an African community where career choices are often influenced by our parents, was into the field of business management.and currently working as a warehouse operative. However, enrolling in the IT journey with The Learning People turned out to be the best step I could have taken. Everything I needed to pursue my IT career is right here. The Learning People offered a comprehensive curriculum that covered everything I needed to know to start my career in IT. The course material is thorough and relevant to current industry standards, covering essential topics like hardware, networking, operating systems, and basically everything I need to know about my career. Each module was designed to build on the previous one, ensuring a smooth progression of learning and equipping me with the knowledge and skills essential to succeed in the IT field. Coming into the IT field with no prior experience, I was understandably nervous, especially when it came to my first exam. Even though I had prepared thoroughly and had everything it took to pass, I was overwhelmed by fear of not getting a good result. Unfortunately, this fear got the better of me during my first attempt, and I didn’t pass. However, after speaking with my course advisor, who encouraged me and reminded me that it wasn't the end of the road, I found the motivation to try again. His belief in me gave me the boost I needed, and on my second attempt, I passed. One key piece of advice I would share from my experience with the COMPTIA A+ Core 1 exam is to tackle the multiple-choice questions (MCQs) first before moving on to the performance-based questions (PBQs). This strategy helped me manage my time better and approach the PBQs with more confidence. Now, as I prepare for my Core 2 exam, which I’ll be taking in a couple of weeks, I feel much more confident. The Learning People have provided me with the knowledge, resources, and support I need to succeed. My experience has taught me that setbacks are not the end—they're just part of the journey. Overall, my experience with The Learning People has been outstanding. The combination of a well-structured curriculum, flexible learning environment, expert instruction, and comprehensive career support made this online IT course a valuable investment in my professional development. My journey in IT has just begun, but I’m confident that the skills and knowledge I’ve gained will continue to serve me well. My advice to anyone pursuing their dreams is simple: NEVER GIVE UP.

I’m currently enrolled with Learning People for the Project Management Program and have successfully earned my PRINCE2 and Agile PM Foundation certifications. I’m now looking forward to pursuing the Agile PM Practitioner & APM PMQ certifications. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the support and guidance provided by my StudentCare Consultant, Katie Humphries, who has been exceptionally prompt and helpful in responding to my queries. Additionally, shortly after passing my PRINCE2 Foundation, I was contacted by the Career Service team for further career guidance. At Learning People, they care for students.

Throughout my time with Learning People I have been met with support from my mentors and from the lecturers in the live classes. As someone who is moving into a brand new area of learning, moving away from from my previous roles into something completely new it was daunting to think of what I had to learn and how long it would take. From day one I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with Learning People. I have failed exams, more so my Network+ on more than one occasion. But thankfully, through the live classes, reading material, and support from my mentors I was able to finally achieve my certification and take the next step. I've come to realize that you may not pass first time, you may struggle with certain aspects of learning, and you may come across certain hurdles that look to big to overcome. But I've also learned that it is all part of the journey, part of the experience that makes you stronger for it in the long run. I wouldn't be where I am, nor know what I now know if I didn't have those moments. For anyone who is struggling in their studies, reach out to your mentors, to your lecturers and don't hesitate to ask for any extra help.

Is quite amazing. I could still remember the first day I had a long conversation with Sam, on my career pathway. I was so excited the way he spoked to me like a prophet who knew me from birth. We walked through my work experience in life and he was able to chose the right program for me. I didn’t hesitate to pay because he told me who I am and what I need to do which will exposed me more in Project management field. With his constant support and support from the Learning People student care(Kyla, Sabana, Sarah etc) really propelled me to prepare and sat for my exams (Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner, AgilePM and I made high scores in all of them. Along the line, I became unwell which didn’t allow me to finish until my license expired. However, when I became well to continue my program, I reported to them and with the same undiluted love and continued support from the onset, I was granted a Month extension to complete my program with NO PAY. Sam I would never be in hurry to forget your labour of Love and my mouth would not stop talking about LEARNING PEOPLE. Your learning materials were well explanatory and the early response from the student care were quite amazing. Pls keep it up.
