I’ve had a great experience with Learning People so far. Joining the Learning people has been one of the best decisions I have made post secondary education. I left school thinking I knew what I wanted to do and thrust myself into a university course that did not suit me or my interests and subsequently left after one year. After working for a couple of years and still feeling unsure, I decided that I wanted to challenge myself again and gain new and valuable skills for a new career path. From the very first phone call with Learning people I felt reassured and encouraged by their words and felt no hesitation to call if I need any advice or help with my learning. What made me feel at ease was the mutual excitement over the phone when I made the leap to enrol. I have recently passed my Core 1 exam which I was very hesitant about as it was my first exam since enrolling, but the webinars from experienced professionals made me confident that I knew all the information and allowed me the space to ask questions to consolidate my learning. My advice to anyone who is thinking about joining, I would say to not waste any more time doubting themselves because there is support every step of the way and you will feel your confidence grow knowing that you are able to create a learning environment that allows you to flourish at your own pace.

The experience was great because of the resource given to access to such as the course videos, the asses tool, the book with each pratice exams and the generated ones as well. And of course all the people at learning people helping you achieve your goals. And of course never gave up getting my certificate even though had to resist the hardware exam many times.

My experience with the Career Consultation team has been amazing. Tried to cancel due to a sudden bereavement that meant I had finished work and signed off for depression. As I wasn’t working, I asked if they could cancel the rest of the loan and keep the money that had already paid but I couldn’t afford to continue all I repeatedly got told was that I was out of the 14 day cancellation period, as you can imagine during this stressful time that was not very helpful. Since then, all communication has finished with them as they have nothing further to tell me

Completed the same course over 4 times and will not produce a cert. Talked to customer support and they are absolutely shocking with their response and effort to help. They basically said I am not getting a refund because I have the product in my account even tho the product is practically faulty not giving me what I had paid for.

The student support system is high commendable.

I started my journey to cyber security two months ago and it has been a great one because I have learnt a lot. Furthermore, I like the structure of the lectures. Hopefully, I will be able to complete my journey towards Cyber security with learning people. Learning people in general have been very supportive.
