Smooth operation
The lady I spoke to, was beautiful! She knew her job well! Great customer service! I didn’t feel pressured for time! She was there to provide a service and did it so well!

The very pleasant and non-judgemental attitude and personality of the young man handling my questions and none of his demeanor felt fake or like it is his “job” to be nice. He made the whole experience of deciding to change insurers an easy one for me. I wish I could recall his name .

I was able to obtain international travel insurance coverage for 2 people to Africa which included a 19 day self drive safari in Botswana and Namibia. Additional vehicle excess coverage for the 4x4 vehicle was also purchased for peace of mind. Staff interaction was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Speaking with someone who was friendly, efficient and easy to understand. Her name, from memory, was Sarah. I needed to change my monthly premium payment from debit card to direct account debit and it took only minutes. Overseas call centres might be less expensive but they are a bane to deal with and take jobs from locally-based people who get the job done in a fraction of the time. This is an inescapable fact, so keep up the good work!

She was very easy to understand , explained things in simple terms .Being a first timer in motor homes and caravans ,the company came recommended to me by a friend .
