I had the BEST experience with KT so far. After hours trying to get any help from other companies, I found them and Liesa, who helped me via phone was a 10/10. Friendly, helpful and so lovely. So glad I found them.

On 26th May 2025 I wrote a review about my experience with KT Insurance ( not a good experience) I received a phone call in early June apologizing & promising to review my emails and phone calls & my expenses that weren’t reimbursed. It’s now 15th August & still no progress. All I can say is that this is completely in line with the service I was complaining about.

When the shocking Qld roads put paid to the air-suspension on the front wheel of our motorhome, it started a nightmare scenario where every kilometre thereafter was a bone-jarring, teeth-rattling torture. Then finding a repairer became an additional nightmare. But through it all, dealing with the team at KT was a breeze. No hassles with the claim, even when we had to pull it away from a Brisbane repairer and drive it the 1600-odd k’s home and find another repairer. (Not the fault of the mechanic - the supplier sent the wrong part). Thanks folks. Its a pleasure dealing with you.

Had a windscreen needing replacement. When I got through there was only a skeleton staff on as the claim team didn’t work weekends and the roadside assist didn’t deal with windscreens. Assistant tried to help but there wasn’t anyone for her to speak to for help. Had to call again on Monday and got told we could get it fixed anywhere and they would cover the cost which was great. They made an error on the initial payment and I had to call again and eventually resend the invoices. Had to call again as I heard nothing and final payment happened 4 days later. Call waiting is at least 20 to 30 minutes and no records seemed to be available from previous conversations. Main issue was the minimal help over the weekend.

Early in the year we had to make a claim. The staff were very polite & understanding. The process has been no problem & the lady handling our claim was exceptional. We now have our Van back & hopefully Australian Motor homes will be quick to complete this claim.

Very happy with my insurance and discussions about options and inclusions and follow-up but disappointed that I had to chase up to get a copy of my insurance after I had paid.
