Efficient bureaucracy
Speaking with someone who was friendly, efficient and easy to understand. Her name, from memory, was Sarah. I needed to change my monthly premium payment from debit card to direct account debit and it took only minutes. Overseas call centres might be less expensive but they are a bane to deal with and take jobs from locally-based people who get the job done in a fraction of the time. This is an inescapable fact, so keep up the good work!
