Knights provided an excellent proactive service in handling the conveyancing on our house purchase. Linda Gregory, assisted by Emerald Hutton were extremely diligent, kept us informed very regularly on the progress and gave sound advice along the way. Whilst Knights are not the cheapest for conveyancing, we saw the value of paying a little more in what proved to be a tricky transaction with a number of potentially contentious matters. We would certainly recommend them!

Great experience. Both Lucy and particularly Emily have been fantastic. The communication has been brilliant and Emily has been very responsive in answering and returning calls. Long and painful process going back and fourth. Questioning family members involved for coercing with a family members will, absolutely disgusting to make those assumptions just because they need assistance. Not to mention accusations were made of the person involved to have dementia! And recommended us to pay to have a test done for the women involved. How dare a ‘professional’ company accuse somebody of this when they aren’t doctors they are supposed to be ‘solicitors’. Disgusting behaviour!

All communication was via internet - I never met one individual from the company, so it is an impersonal service. Having said that the company was always very responsive and also confirmed all receipt of payments, documents etc. I feel they did an efficient job at a reasonable price, in what is a very long process (buying a newbuild leasehold), and one which some solicitors are now refusing due to the time frame.
