Will replace your glasses if not satisfied
I received a call from customer service and talked to George. He was very patient and wanted to ensure my replacement glasses were what I needed. I had ordered a pair but it had the nose pads which were giving me red marks and not very comfortable to wear. He ordered me a new pair and advised me I can donate the pair I received. Which every person should do when you replace your glasses as there are so many people who cannot afford a new pair. I love the fact that Kits let me pay it forward. Thanks to the whole team.
