Kits' Customer Service is top tier! I had to email them recently after noticing there was a mistake with the prescription for a box of contacts that I ordered (first time that's ever happened btw - and I've been ordering from Kits for years!). Their team responded within 24 hours and immediately sent me a replacement box with the correct prescription without any further questions. It was shipped out the same day an everything. Smoothest resolution to an order issue that I've had with any company in a long time!

Glasses are perfect great price and quick delivery

I paid extra to have my contacts delivered within 2-3 business days and that was a week ago. I am no longer at that address and tried to either have the order cancelled or forwarded. So I will not be receiving my contacts that I paid for.

What an insane experience I placed an order with a local store near me for glasses which cost me $500 in total which was crazy it took them 3 weeks to get my glasses ready a week after i realized i need a second pair in case since i loose my glasses frequently i have hear about Kits and was hesitant to try however i selected a pair added my prescription also got the plus membership for a discount placed the order on Saturday Wednesday morning the following week was in my mail i was shocked they fit better on me then the $500 pair this is crazy they look better are more comfortable now i am ordering another pair also they send me a hard box and sunglasses for free!! I am shocked they definitely got a customer for life!!

Very stylish eyeglasses can be found on this platform. They are quite generous, because I managed to buy two pairs of glasses with 50% off due to the promo code. "MORE 50" if you needed, they have this information somewhere on the website :)) Still I am not rly satisfied with the quality of glasses. They look and feel so fragile that it's very dangerous to put them somewhere as if they drop from a high place like a shelf, then they may easily get broken. Watch out, guys, they are fragile.

It took 4 days to process and ship my order, meanwhile I keep getting emails for an autoship on a different site from an order done 2 and a half years ago. Then I paid for expedited shipping, and it's still not going to arrive until Wednesday. With all the issues with Canada Post, I can't even imagine why you'd promise expedited shipping and use them. None of the other sites have ever taken this long and when I pay for expedited shipping they send via a courier. I was really hopeful about Kits but can't see a reason to order from you again. I cannot express enough how amazing dealing with Kits has been. The orders came quickly and in a small issue they fixed it right away which I find rare these days. After dealing with Kits and seeing the quality of their glasses (which is exceptional) I will be a forever customer. My whole family is now using them and I have referred my friends as well. If I could I would give them 10 stars

Service is excellent...I'm not sure why anyone would still overpay for glasses when you can get 2 or 3 pairs of high-quality glasses for the same price. It's great to have a variety of options.
