A friend gifted me kits eyeglasses but it wasnt the right fit. I took a chance to email Kits customer service to ask for a replacement. I was surprised they accommodated my concern. Thank you so much Kits for going the extra mile!

I was so happy with my first order that I decided to order a second time. Rest assured that they are excellent quality glasses. I have fell asleep on mine, stepped on them. Among other things, and surprisingly they have never broke. I find I am kind of rough on my glasses. I absolutely LOVE the Gale frame and hope they keep it, better yet add colours. I would have loved a dark purple because the light purple isn’t quite doing it for me. Fast delivery! I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and received them by Friday morning (I am in Ontario) Thank you Kits for making eyewear affordable for those of us who do not have coverage and are low income. I recommend you to everyone I know!

Second time buying at KITS. First time, I got a great deal, but my lenses weren't quite right. Given the price, I chose to leave things as they were. Fast forward 18 months and I needed another pair. I tried a few other retailers, but couldn't find the right frames without paying in the high hundreds. KITS had another great deal, but I had concerns about the lenses. Speaking it with support, they replaced the (then out-of-warranty) lenses for me and made sure the new frames were exactly as needed. Lovely! So nice to see folks stand by their products. My new go-to.

Customer service is amazing,the first pair were too small,and the standard progressive lenses were too thick for prescription.I emailed them and they gave me exceptional service,emailed right away and offered premium lenses even though it was my mistake.I found a different frame and went with the premium lenses. I just received them and I’m extremely happy I love them,I will use as sunglasses..I will be ordering everyday glasses as soon as I get tested. If you’re on the fence thinking about buying from them,just do it…. It’s great to have a Canadian Company helping Canadians save money on necessities. Thank you Kits🇨🇦

This was my first order with Kits. My glasses arrived very quickly and I'm so happy with them! The frames appear to be really great quality and the progressive prescription is perfect.

The frames are very comfortable and fit perfectly. After my first full day with my new prescription glasses, my eyes are very rested and relaxed! Now I drive, read books, and work on my office computer without fatigue. Well done KITS!

I love the design and the fast delivery but a defective item was delivered. The handle on the left side is bent and looks like it had broken but was glued back, making it fit too loose on my face. I was really excited to have my glasses cos I love the design. But now I can’t even use it 😢

Worst glasses I have ever purchased in the 35 years I have been wearing glasses. None of the prescriptions were the same between pairs ordered and my optometrist said that that that was they actually have made my eyes worse. I gave two stars because the customer service was somewhat helpful. I sent the glasses back four times before getting something I could reasonably use since they would not refund my money. I hate leaving negative reviews but I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

Kits has a lot of great style options at very good prices. My glasses arrived really fast, although, even with the ‘try on’ option online, they were much too big for me.

I actually love Kits glasses. Prices are very reasonable, especially with discounts. My glasses are comfortable and I can see well with them. However, I have downgraded my experience as staff need to be more proactive and attentive at the store. They should all wear a uniform or badge since it is sometimes hard to tell who is staff.

Really liked kits glasses. I felt its Worth buying.

The website is amazing. And the glasses that I received have a a premium feel to them. The prescription is on point. I am currently purchasing a second pair!

I ordered the Ray-Ban Meta Headliners but had to cancel the order after a week as Kits couldn't deliver. I've used Kits for 4yrs and this is hands down the worst experience. I’ve given a 2 star ( instead of 1 star) in hopes that this is a one off.

A zero. My order 18852021 was for glasses. Today a box came and inside are a box of acuvue contacts. I do not wear contacts nor did I order. Call customer service nobody takes calls. Terrible service I will never recommend to anybody.

i think is time I am really satisfied! I have probably 10 pairs of kits eye glassess , 6 pcs already break either just drop on the floor its easily break but can easily break maybe this time will last

Update to Kits’ reply: Tried to order again using FIRSTPAIRFREE (only pay shipping) and it looks like they’re now charging shipping + $10 for the eligible “free” frames. So many hoops to jump through for a pair of glasses that may not even arrive; looks like Zenni remains the way to go. February 2025 review: I recently ordered from Kits as I was surprised that they offer arrivals by the next day (“Get it Tomorrow”) if I choose expedited shipping (Standard Shipping would take 2-4 business days); perfect my upcoming trip. Next day arrived with no updates to my order. I was hoping that it was just a glitch in the system but unfortunately customer service confirmed that it would take another 24-48 hours before they even ship (keeping in mind it was advertised to arrive, not be shipped, by today). A couple days isn’t the end of the world by any means, but a bit of transparency would have been nice (even a simple notification while purchasing that the business is going through a lot of orders at the moment, and that the delivery times aren’t guaranteed). I would have loved to bring these with me for an upcoming trip but after talking with customer service, it looks like cancellation was the only realistic option. Unfortunate first experience with this company.

I liked the ease of ordering and the process. The only concern I have is the length of the frames. They are a little long. I used the measurements from my last glasses but the arms are still a little long. Everything else is great. The case that I paid extra for is well worth it.
