I found KITS online while searching to see what other companies were out there to order prescription glasses online. I immediately knew I wanted to try glasses from here when I realized it was a Canadian company. My first pair of glasses were easy to order and I was emailed status updates regularly. After receiving and trying on my new glasses a few times I realized they just weren't my style (I normally wear plastic frames but decided to try metal). I called KITS and spoke to Diane who was very kind and without hesitation offered to order another pair in the style I preferred. I will most definitely order again for my next pair and will happily recommend this company! Thank you!

I typically order from another online glasses vendor, but decided to give Kits.ca a try. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, including 1 polarized lens pair. I'm amazed at how quickly they arrived! One pair did arrive with the frame slightly twisted/bent. I reached out to customer service asking what I should do. They immediately offered to send out a replacement pair. As for the glasses in general, they are so light, and they fit my face perfect.

First impressions are important! I received my first pair and realized I had made a mistake in the choice of prescrption type. Customer service wrote back very responsively to my email and sorted out my issue with great kindness. The glasses are beautiful, light and very professionnal, and the service is TOP-NOTCH. I spoke with Chris over the phone such a great conversation and great salesperson. He could sell me a house over the phone if he wanted too hahaha. 100000/10 experience with Kits. CHRIS NEEDS A RAISE!!! He has very great attitude. Chris understands Kits mission to help people get access too affordable eye care and got me the best deal possible for my new 2 pairs of glasses. I come from poverty and this random man who I call a friend now helped me in many ways to get access to fashionable and professional look for quality eye care. I had an issue with my order and Kits went as far to contact me by phone call. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. To make up for the issue (it was with a coupon code) they gave me another and then sent me a new invoice! This was all less than 24 hours after I placed the order. The agent was kind and respectful and most importantly understanding. I plan to share Kits with many friends and family and will definitely be placing future orders! Big fan!

I recently contacted Kits about repairing my glasses that had a bent frame. I was expecting to need to ship them and pay a small fee for repairs but the agent Tony told me they would be replacing my pair of glasses for entirely free! I thought I would be paying for repairs or even worse buying a new pair of glasses unexpectedly, but I feel like Kits went above and beyond to give me a full replacement at zero charge.

I received my Kits prescription sunglasses today and could not be any happier. Sunglasses are a real treat for me but the low cost allowed me to try them. I am thrilled with the quality, the look and the cost! I couldn't get home fast enough to order my next pair. Thank you KIts!
