I either input my contact lens prescription wrong, or there was an error in my input. When I received my lenses I realized right away that my right side was messed up - Gabby was able to ship out another box to me right away, and encouraged me to donate my open box to a local optometrist for samples. I love how modern the styles are and theres so many options to match the look you want! My frames are super well made and came exactly how it looks on the site. They are comfortable and light enough that it doesn't slip down my nose. The whole process of ordering is super quick, it came within a few days. And what I love most is how responsive and friendly the staff are, they were so quick to help me with answering questions and helping me with an exchange.

If you get the 2 years warranty plan, they will replace your glasses and even update the prescription if they break or something happens. I love my new glasses! I'm very impressed with not only how quickly I got my glasses but with the quality of them! I previously would use clearly but have been really disappointed with how long it takes to get my glasses and the quality of them (multiple pairs broke in a matter of months). I’ll be buying from Kits in the future, and getting friends and family to order from them aswell!

This company has AMAZING customer service. This was our first experience with buying glasses online. Unfortunately once we received our order and my daughter tried on the glasses she was heartbroken to realize they didn't fit her face properly therefore she couldn't see properly.
