From issues to love!
I had an issue with my order and Kits went as far to contact me by phone call. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. To make up for the issue (it was with a coupon code) they gave me another and then sent me a new invoice! This was all less than 24 hours after I placed the order. The agent was kind and respectful and most importantly understanding. I plan to share Kits with many friends and family and will definitely be placing future orders! Big fan!
