Both pairs I received have same problem. Lens fall out of frame. Not happy with these frames.
The interaction between the CSR Chad and myself was more than helpful. He was very patient and knowledgeable, I could not ask more from a CSR. He was pleasantly different from the other uncouth CSRs who are only interested in a quick sale. I would definitely buy from KITS again and would surely recommend them to others.

The frames are fantastic quality, on par with my Burberry's at a fraction of the cost. Could not be happier with my glasses.
To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Who knew I could get entire prescription glasses for less than $50. The quality feels better than my last pair bought from a brick and mortar shop. The clarity is IMPECCABLE. I couldn't recommend Kits any higher. If you're on the fence I definitely say do it!! I'll be coming back for more!
