Turned into an overall bad experience...
I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service has been decent EXCEPT....I'm extremely displeased with their courier choice and NO option for Canada Post or in-store pick up. I'm 3 pairs of glasses in (1 pair that didn't fit, 2 replacements for that order) and nothing to show for it because the shipping has been a bloody nightmare. After complaining about the shipping and missing two delivery attempts (because they deliver too late every time), they ordered another replacement pair and said they would ship Canada Post, but it shipped Raven Force again! Now I'm just pissed off and have demanded a refund because this entire thing has turned into an ordeal, and at this point I don't even care if I get glasses or not. I even said I'd be willing to pick them up from the store in one of my emails, but they didn't even acknowledge this. Incompetence from both companies involved.
